Control Your Anger

Don’t be irritated. Control your anger. Anger has many negative results. Be optimistic. As a human being we have to face lots of external problems in our life. Keep patience and combat against the problems with cool brain. Anger is internal problem. Both the angry person and the victim suffer much. A person should be a good mannered man. A sense of humor, good fellowship, a cheerful disposition, the gift of participation and joy, the valuable ability to draw vast pleasure and enjoyment from small occasions and simple things, a virginal freshness of personality lend a charm to the life of men and women who may not be famous or great.

It is not an easy task to make a relationship or friendship but all the relationship can be destroyed by a moment of anger. Rebuilding of broken relationship is almost impossible. Moreover it is very much harmful for your health. Anger instigates various psychosomatic diseases. Gastritis, heart disease, blood pressure and many other diseases are anger related.

One can not speak wisely and thoughtfully when he is angry. Anger disturbs the peaceful atmosphere and declines the imaginative or spiritual growth. Most of the person become angry to suppress their weakness. We blame on others to justify our anger.

Now the question is how we can control our anger. We can mitigate our anger with the following easy process:
1.Don’t irritate with others. First admit your faults and drawbacks. If you admit a mistake, you will find that others will do the same.
2.Try to accept all the happenings with free minds. It is not necessary that all the happenings will be in your favor. Keep your mind cool in a difficult situation.
3.You may count numbers when you are angry.
4.Take your mind to other business.
5.Think about something which is favorable for you.
6.Take breath through one nostril and leave it through another.
7.Yoga is good to mitigate anger.
8.Take some tension free medicine if necessary.
9.When you are very angry with a person and cannot be relieved this tricks may be helpful: Enter into your bed room. Close the doors and windows. Take a stick and hit the pillow presuming that you are beating the person who is associated with the anger.
10.Sportsman like spirit. ‘If you learn from a defeat you really lose nothing’.
